Today: The work

It is hard to believe – but for a decade now,
the Friends of the LUDWIGGALERIE Schloss Oberhausen is a partner of the museum
and is generously supportive and helpful behind the scenes.
On this occasion, the first article appeared here fourteen days ago
to read about the club. Today we continue our little series and
report on the work of the Board of Directors.

The board of the Friends’ Circle comprises six people:
Jutta Kruft-Lohrengel, who holds the position of 1st chairwoman; there is Bernhard
Elsemann, who as 2nd chairman also took the initiative in the fate of the association
and prudently helps steer the company; Elke Vonderhagen also works on the board – she oversees
about finances; and there is Michael Simon, who makes all considerations and decisions

The focus of the association's work is the preservation, collection, care
and presentation of cultural assets. To promote these priorities, the

behind the scenes. The club has made it its mission to host
